Victoria Teer, Consultancy Services Manager, Assurity Consulting

Victoria joined Assurity Consulting in 2004, after graduating from Oxford Brookes University. Her initial training and service delivery focused on air and water quality assessments. She then moved onto specialise in fire safety and disability access, delivering a vast range of services from risk assessments, awareness training, production of management systems to management reviews.

As part of this progression in service delivery, she gained her NEBOSH Fire Safety and Risk Management, Fire Safety and Risk Practical certificates and is an Associate Member of The Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE). She is also a registered Access Auditor with the National Register for Access consultants (NRAC). Along-side her service delivery skills Victoria has always enjoyed the commercial aspect of the job role from contract management to service development.

Victoria was promoted to Consultancy Services Deputy Manager in August 2012 and then to Consultancy Services Manager in January 2019, providing leadership and management to a team of Consultants in the business, as well as having management responsibilities for all our fire and access related services.

Outside of work, Victoria is kept extremely busy by her two young children, allowing only the thought to enjoy a hobby or two in years to come!
