We have a number of different roles in our company ranging from Consultants who work with our customers on a daily basis to Microbiologists who work in our laboratory at our head office in Horsham, West Sussex. We have a team of people for business service roles, such as Marketing, Finance, IT and Customer Support which are crucial to the success of our business.
We currently employ eighty people, so everybody knows each other and that creates a friendly office atmosphere. We give our all to the business but we do have a flexible approach to work and understand that a work-life balance is important to our employees.
We also like to celebrate success together, whether it is a tender win or if an employee gets married – a large cake or a celebratory feast often appears! We enjoy pushing the boat out for any occasion possible, from Halloween to Easter, and even sponsorship and entries for sporting events like a Dragon Boat races, Midnight Walks, Mud Runs, cycling competitions or marathons.
Everyone in the business gets a paid day to give back to our community by supporting a local school, college or charity by fundraising, giving their time and/or expertise too. Throughout the year we participate in local sports events that bond our team whilst having fun - previous events include Volleyball, Badminton, Stoolball, Lawn bowls and Football.
