Chris Longman, General Manager for L&R manages 600,000 sq foot of prime West End office accommodation with restaurant and leisure facilities, receptions, parking and full height public atria at 55 Baker Street. L&R redeveloped the former M&S headquarters incorporating some complimentary quality residential accommodation and a 138-meter solid glass frontage. The highly efficient building utilises a chilled beam solution and achieved a BREEAM “Excellent” status.

Having one supplier for their entire health and safety requirement has simplified the entire health and safety management process for Chris. He receives a range of detailed health and safety reports on-line using Assurity Plus. The reports are also personally presented providing an opportunity to review and discuss any actions with their dedicated account manager. Assurity Consulting has delivered training workshops to the team and the tenants on subjects such as fire warden and bomb marshal training.
