When it comes to health, safety and fire management we are all only too aware there are consequences to getting it wrong. But what is right and what is wrong can be a point for debate when it comes to compliance with the relevant legislation.
Fortunately, for most of us we rarely get to witness the sharp end of such debates, well here is your chance to see what it is like!
We are holding, in conjunction with Kizzy Augustin, Partner, Mishcon de Reya LLP, an interactive criminal trial covering the legal responsibilities held by duty holders under Articles of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
Taking the cross examination of a key defence witness as our main theme, you will get to see the process, ask questions, and then decide whether the defendant is guilty or not.
