Synopsis

As part of the myriad of changes in fire and building safety, resulting from the Grenfell tragedy in 2017, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order (RR(FS)O) 2005 is no exception.

In May 2022 we saw the Fire Safety Act (FSA) 2021 extend the requirements of the RR(FS)O into buildings that contain two or more residential properties.
The introduction of the Building Safety Act (BSA)2022, specifically Section 156, (coming into force on 1st October 2023) makes further amendments to our existing fire safety legislation affecting both residential and non-residential premises.

Our latest webinar looks in further detail as to what these changes are, and how they will affect us and our day-to-day management of our workplaces.

So, if you have responsibility for premises and/or their management, Tuesday 5th September 2023, 10:00-11:15 is a date and time you need to put in your diary.
