I work in the Customer Administration Department and my job involves all aspects of administration including looking after the consultants, throughput of reports ensuring they are processed to a high standard and meet their deadline. I am also the administration co-coordinator for one of our major customers, helping the Account Manager to meet all their KPI's. It is a very varied role and every day is different.
I enjoy working at Assurity Consulting and have been here for over 26 years and seen many changes which adds to the challenge of learning new tasks. I work with a wonderful group of people, always helpful and ready for a laugh. We enjoy doing things for charity, there are always walks, runs, bike rides, mud runs and bake offs happening, plus other competitions for us all to enjoy.
