Jo progressed to the position of Consultancy Services Deputy Manager in 2018. She is also now the Service Leader for the business’ largest service in Indoor Air Quality and Water Hygiene Management. Jo provides commercial and technical support to the consultancy team, as well as day-to-day managerial support to her Consultancy Services Manager.
As well managing our largest customer account, as Service Leader she is positioned as the main point of contact for the business in overseeing all the technical updates, as well as looking at the commercial initiatives regarding Indoor Air Quality and Water Hygiene. Jo is also a keen trainer in Legionella Awareness training and enjoys working closely with our customers during these sessions.
Prior to joining Assurity Consulting, Jo graduated Bournemouth University with a BA (Hons) in English.
She has a keen interest in travelling to various parts of the world with her husband. Her hobby is performing in and choregraphing musicals with her local theatre group. Jo also enjoys keeping active by walking her dog on the Downs and along the south coast.
