Ian is directly responsible for human resource management. Much of Ian's time is spent supporting the search for great people to join our company. Ian also manages the Business Support team who have a diverse range of responsibilities including health and safety, wellbeing, quality, environment, business continuity, facilities, and support for the Directors and the Consultancy Services management team.

Having previously worked in both a four-person micro company and in a very large corporate, Ian's preference is working for a medium-sized employer, small enough that everyone is accountable and recognised for the work they do, but large enough to make great things happen.

I enjoy having such a broad and varied role - I strive to learn something new every day. The culture of Assurity Consulting allows me the scope for critical and strategic decision making which gives me fantastic job satisfaction to balance against my hard work. It helps that the team are great fun to work with.
