Paul Foxcroft, Managing Director

With over 30 years’ service at Assurity Consulting, Paul’s career started when he joined the Public Health Laboratory Service as a trainee Medical Laboratory Scientific Officer in 1981, after eighteen months as a Laboratory Technician for a hygiene maintenance company.

Achieving Fellowship status after seven years of specialising in Medical Microbiology, Paul became the first employee of Assurity Consulting in 1988. Joining the founding partners as a Consultant, he was promoted to Operations Manager in 1991 and then General Manager the following year.

Paul was made Operations Director when the company incorporated in January 1994. He was further promoted to Managing Director in October 2000. Paul continues to develop and help grow the business to where it is today, a £6m turnover company employing over eighty people.

With considerable shareholder investment and support of a strong management team, Paul has positioned Assurity Consulting as the market leader in independent health, safety and environmental consultancy. Focusing on the built environment and specifically workplace wellbeing, Assurity Consulting supports numerous global organisations and educational establishments with legal compliance, helping them demonstrate best practice and making sure their workplaces remain safe and healthy.

Paul is married with three children and two grandchildren. He is an avid Chelsea football fan and plays an ‘interesting’ round of golf in his leisure time, as well as enjoying a day horse racing.
