Listed below are the awards we have entered more recently. The award ceremonies are a great opportunity to spend time outside of the business with our employees, community partners and customers. These special events are black-tie dinners and we appreciate how much time and effort they take for a successful outcome!

Everyone at Assurity Consulting is delighted to have won the Gatwick Diamond Business Award for Business of the Year (over £1M turnover)!
This year the awards ceremony was switched to a ‘roaring 20’s’ themed online event and members of the Assurity Consulting team dressed up to the nines to watch and participate from home! The GDB’s platform allowed the finalists and their guests to celebrate and network together online.
Ian Woodland, Director of Business Services, Assurity Consulting commented, "We are really proud to receive the award for Business of the Year (over £1M turnover). Our employees collaborate brilliantly to achieve success together, and we are delighted to get recognition for that from the GDBA judges. We want our employees to feel they are making a difference while carrying out their roles and we also want them to enjoy their work as well. This award recognises our efforts and provides confirmation that we are the best business in the Gatwick Diamond region in 2020!”
The Award’s sponsor NatWest commented, “It was a pleasure to meet Assurity Consulting, we appreciate the time and effort that they put into their application. During our meeting they were able to discuss in detail each section of the application and give us an insight into the amazing work they do. They are a fantastic business with a strong set of values (Expert, Responsive, Integrity, Collaborative), which are embedded into their work and recognisable to those internal and external to their business. Assurity Consulting ensure they support employees and clients wherever they can; employees are recognised for performance regularly as well as supported to access training courses, they ensure regular communication with clients by email and holding events. This is the fifth Gatwick Diamond Business Award that Assurity Consulting has won, and we look forward to entering again and getting back to the in-person event next year!
For this Award, we were very proud to be one of three finalists for the GDB Award for the Apprentice of the Year, it was a very close run thing according to the judge's feedback.

For our second finalist nomination for GDB Awards 2019 for Business of the Year (over £1M turnover), we had some terrific feedback from the judges. We were delighted to be nominated from a very impressive line up of companies within the Gatwick Diamond - the judges obviously had a tough decision, but there is always next year!
What they did well:
“Assurity Consulting is an outstanding business that excels in multiple different areas. They have a fantastic leadership team who encourage well thought through, recognised values that are well known throughout the company. Assurity Consulting has a great team which is well recognised throughout the business, with newsletters and a general pride to be working for the company. Employees are treated very well and apprenticeship schemes, employee rewards and a clear flexible working environment emphasise this. Great efforts were made to make a difference in the local community, with employees being encouraged to give up their time to volunteer for local charities. As well as this the business has had significant input into Gatwick Diamond Business itself, referring a business that later joined.“
What they could improve on:
“Making it into the top 3 was very well deserved and it was a very close call between each of the finalists. There is a huge amount of positivity shown in the business, and we can only encourage the team to keep up their good work. This year it really came down to small margins and was more down to what others did more of than what you failed to demonstrate.”

Together with BNP Paribas Real Estate, we were the crowned winners of the 2018 PFM Award for Partners in Expert Services!
Our entry was based on our journey in co-ordinated partnership building a strong safety culture at BNP Paribas Real Estate. Our entry included the developments we had made in the following areas:
Reflecting upon the successes achieved so far by the partnership, the Head of Facilities Management and Senior Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate commented, "I've worked with the Assurity Consulting team for over 20 years, at three different companies! Our relationship has grown in that time, as has the range of activity that we have engaged with them on from conducting risk assessments to training our people, from auditing our teams to assisting us with the development of our management plan. Whatever the task the team are always knowledgeable, enthusiastic, responsive and innovative. Bringing The City of London Corporation into the mix has been an excellent added ingredient. It's a true partnership that stood up to the close scrutiny of the PFM Awards judges. I am delighted to have achieved such prestigious external recognition."
