Synopsis
Change and resilience have been two of the key themes for organisations over recent times and with the health, safety and wellbeing agendas now firmly in the spotlight they are likely to continue. With new legislation on the horizon as well as adapting to the “new normal” (whatever that is for you), organisations need to respond and need to respond effectively.
Combining both the legal and practitioner viewpoint, Fieldfisher and Assurity Consulting are running a seminar, with a virtual option for those who can’t make it ‘in-person’, on Wednesday 10th November 2021 to assess some of the issues now in play.
Greg Davies, Director of Market Development at Assurity Consulting will be considering the issues from a health and safety management perspective that organisations must challenge, if they are to maintain compliance through and then beyond the pandemic.
Andrew Sanderson, a Partner and Head of the Health and Safety Team at Fieldfisher will be reviewing the current UK Government Protect Duty consultation. Andrew will discuss the drivers behind the consultation, the possible format of the proposed legislation, along with what will be required of organisations to make sure they are compliant.
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis, so take the opportunity to once again network, learn and have some breakfast too.
